Report Content on Tempfile

What's Not Allowed

Tempfile prohibits the uploading and sharing of the following types of content:

• Copyright violation - Works which are shared without permission from the copyright holder. For copyright reports we need a formal DMCA takedown request originating from the copyright holder or a representative. If your request is not valid, it will be ignored.
• Child Exploitation: Videos, images, or audio depicting abuse or inappropriate touching of minors. Any such content will be removed and reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
• Terrorism: Content that promotes or glorifies acts of terrorism.
• Extreme Gore: Graphic and shocking content depicting severe harm to humans or animals.
• Malware/Viruses: Software designed to harm computer systems.
• Doxing: Posting private information about an individual or organization with malicious intent.

How to Report Illegal Content

If you come across any content that you believe is illegal or violates our policies:

1. Note the URL of the file in question
2. Describe the nature of the violation
3. Send an email to tempfile@cock.lu with the subject line "Content Report"
4. Include any relevant evidence or additional information

DMCA Complaints

If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded without permission, you can submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice should include:

• Your contact information
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the infringing material (URL)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

Copyright Complaints

For copyright issues that don't fall under DMCA, please provide:

• A description of your copyrighted content
• Proof of your ownership of the content
• The URL where the infringing content is located on our site
• Your contact information
